Drawing plays a crucial role in design, approval, and construction processes. In the past, hand sketches and tools like AutoCAD were used for creating drawings. In this context, I'll share a modern method involving models and Revit, using the example of cast-in embed AIP drawings.

Creating a Cast-In Embed Model:
創建幕墻預埋件模型 The first step involves gathering essential information, such as detailed drawings, engineering requirements, standards, and sketches. Next, automation is key. Using a mullion model, cast-in embeds can be automatically generated with Dynamo, based on mullion locations. After the draft model is ready, it's shared with engineers through BIM Viewer for review and coordination.

提交和批准過程: Engineers send the drawings to designers and clients for approval. During this phase, I receive comments and mark-ups to rectify drawings and models. Revised drawings are attached for second review and approval.
